quiet, spacious nice breakfast setting by the pool

shower was variable, sometimes hot sometimes cold and water flowed inconsistent tv remote had no batteries and operation difficult

Nice and clean rooms, resort is clean also

Gated/walled communities aren't for me feel boxed in, asked to get a beer while the room was being made ready, closed. Asked what time the restaurant opens, closed. Went to the gym to use the treadmill wasn't there so went reception to ask if there was another gym room and showed them the pic with treadmill on there site, old pic they don't have so ended up going a couple of km to a local gym.

Rooms, facilities, and surrounding areas are all good. Close to the beach.

Swimming pools nice, one i almost had alone. Very nice space in Apartment. Staff very correct behavior and order. Great for a family or secret couple. lol Guards and gate at road entry.

Bit long walks if you are not mobile. Not a place you look for company, almost no people around if you not go restaurant.

Very nice new place. Location is not perfect, by renting scooter can see more. Sea side is quite undeveloped. Near by restaurants provide very good food, traditional cooking, that was bonus.

Off season, nobody there, beach undeveloped.

Everything is organized perfectly. Not far from the sea. At your request, you will be taken by electric car. The hotel has its own sunbeds on the beach. Very good Breakfast. The massage exceeded all expectations. The staff is very polite and friendly. Peace, tranquility and relaxation.

We self catered or ate at the restaurant just outside the gate 90% of the time as that gave us better value for money. We liked the free transport to and from the gate. The staff were very considerate, helpful and kind.

As Christians we were uncomfortable with the strong Buddhist decor. Pictures of the beautiful surroundings would have been more acceptable.

Room is big, clean and comfortable. The resort has 2 swimming pool. Breakfast was good.

Missing a microwave (for free) in the room. Location is good but very quiet with not too many choice for restaurants at night.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, the room is well decorated and spacious.

The location they set the bed is a bit strange for us, it's right against the restroom's door. The toilet is too old and smelly. Also, I think on the website it says they have a shuttle bus to the airport in Bangkok however they don't, so we have to take expensive taxi to go.

No breakfast. The bed is comfortable. The staffs are so friendly and very support. The room is fully equipped with kitchen supplies. You have to walk around 700-800 m. to the beach.

Awesome room and accommodations for a family. Clean, relaxing, safe. Near many restaurants and sites. Had small kitchen to cook in.

Didn’t have internet. Cable TV was very poor quality and limited in selection.

The room is spacious, I like that it has a living room and has the basic kitchen stuff. Suitable if you’re staying for a week or so. Pool is nice, small and cozy. Staff are polite. The place is quiet.

It’s a little disappointing that there’s no complimentary water, everything has a price. Water, instant coffee or even tea. Too many house rules for someone staying for two nights!

Where to start...everything about our stay was excellent. In fact, I would say this is the best all-around place I've stayed at in years. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, it had a full kitchen with utensils and plates so we could bring stuff back from the market to eat and also chill over a coffee in the room in the mornings, and they had free wifi in the room that was fast enough to watch a movie on my iPad on Netflix (there's no movie channel etc in the room). The bed was comfy, the huge V-shaped couch was a comfortable place to chill at the end of the day, we liked the overhead fan and funky decor, and the view from the balcony was just green, green, green...it felt like being at home. We loved it. Check in and check out were smooth, and the staff were really friendly and explained everything in both Thai and English. They gave us an upgrade as well, so we got a nice fruit basket on the first day, which we really enjoyed. Thanks for that. The property is set back away from the beach by about 150 meters or so, so there is no beach view, so be aware of that when you book. The upside of that is that the place is silent at night, and the grounds feel nicely isolate and are nice to walk around because...yup, more green. If you're staying in Rayong, you definitely should have a car, so the distance from the beach isn't a problem. Most days we just drove along till we found a perfect spot, parked on the road and did our beach thing. In terms of things to do, DEFINITELY check out Samed National park, which is just up at the end of beach road and around the corner. You drive in and eventually you'll find your way to the parking area by the beach front. They have nature trails, a beach trail, and there are monkeys everywhere and monitor lizards laying about here and there.

There was a small problem with the water temperature due to the, I assume, the water pumps. It did the hot and cold thing quite a bit. Also, the balcony doors need to be lubricated as they don't open or close well.
